The Prevailing Wage Law Chapter 820 Illinois Compiled Statues 130/0.01 et seq. requires each public body to investigate and ascertain the prevailing rate of wages as defined in the Act and publicly post or keep available for inspection by any interested party.
This notice is that the Eldorado Memorial Public Library District at their June 14th, 2018 meeting acted upon
the above subject, and adopted Prevailing Wage Ordinance #155 which is available at the Eldorado Memorial Library, 1001 Grant Street, Eldorado,IL for inspection during regular business hours.
